Before making the transition to headhunting, Sarah spent the first part of her career at agencies including TBWA, WCRS, Bates and finally Grey where she was a Business Director. She is one of the Founders of The Longhouse and she runs senior briefs in account handling, planning and agency management roles.

Suzy started her career at start up agency, Snowball & Found, working in TV production and account handling. She was made a partner after four years. Becoming a headhunter in 1997, she spent eight years managing briefs at all levels within account handling. She became one of the Founding Partners of The Longhouse in 2005.

Spending 17 years there, working on many of their award winning accounts and leading VW, Alison left to set up headhunting company, The Garden, where she specialised in Creative. Ellie started her career in Account Handling at Lowe London working on Stella Artois, John Lewis and Johnson & Johnson before moving to VCCP. It was here that she transitioned into Talent and Recruitment, setting up the recruitment function and becoming Head of Recruitment. Since then, Ellie has worked as a Headhunter and in-house for Amazon Web Services and Outpost VFX. She’s joined The Longhouse to work across planning and account handling.

Susan Tindall

OPERATIONS

Susan began her career in account management at FCA! London, and then at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO where she spent several years, before moving to Red Bee Media and joining The Longhouse in 2006 as an account handling consultant and the company's very first employee. Following a career break, Susan returned to The Longhouse in 2015 as Operations Director.
