Our story
The Longhouse is a headhunting company formed in 2005 as a breakaway from Kendall Tarrant by their senior Account Handling consultants, Sarah Bainbridge, Sarah Libbey and Suzy Fleetwood.
Helen Branwood, their Strategy & Planning Partner, who had previously looked after Planning recruitment for Kendall Tarrant in the UK and the US, joined in 2007 and we have now grown to six consultants.
During our time as headhunters, we have built a network of contacts and relationships that enables us to deliver
candidates to a wide spectrum of companies, from advertising and digital agencies to client companies. We combine our headhunting experience with a personal knowledge of the communications industry, having each worked in it for a number of years prior to becoming headhunters.
We aim to build long-term relationships with our candidates and new candidates are welcome to contact us whatever their situation and whether, or not, they are contemplating a career move in the immediate term.
